GATEHOUSE CUSTOMER LIAISON
Reports to: Duty Manager
Working independently at the base of the mountain, the Gatehouse Customer Liaison is responsible for informing guests on parking and gaining access to the base area. You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills
The main responsibilities are including, but not limited to:
• Customer service liaison to Guests at the bottom of the mountain
• Providing informed information regarding parking and access to the base area
• Traffic control, ensuring safety and order at the gatehouse
• Assisting the Duty Manager and or Alpine Services staff on an as needed basis
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Working outside in all weather conditions
• Some shifts may be on an on call basis and contingent on snow, weather conditions and ticket sales levels
• Overtime may be required (must be approved)
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to adapt to change
• Previous experience an asset, however, training is provided
• Reliable transportation to and from the mountain required
• Traffic Control Person certification an asset
• Must be a mature, reliable individual
