Email us your photo

Passes are only mailed out prior to season.  If we are open for the season, please pick up your pass in the Sales & Information office in the Cypress Creek Lodge.

If you purchased your pass online this season, you have already agreed to the waiver forms and conditions of sale. If we do not have your photo on file or you would like a new photo, you can save time in line by emailing us a new image to attach to your file. When this is completed, your pass will be printed and mailed to the address provided. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
*Please note that no picture is required for a SkiCard.

Photo Specs: 300 dpi; jpg format; 168 x 200; 50k in size preferred.

PHOTO MUST BE A CLEAR HEADSHOT

No headgear, sunglasses or goggles.

Registered Mail Option
(have your purchase mailed directly to you)

For purchases of SkiCards or Gift Certificates you can choose to have these items mailed to you by Registered Mail.  

Select the ‘Registered Mail' option from the product menu when making your purchase online (you will have to add it to your cart separately).

If the item is a gift that you would like mailed directly to the recipient, please provide their name and address information in the Guest Record and your information on the Checkout page under Change/Set Purchaser. The confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser.
